HOA
The ongoing efforts to increase our property values, as well as maintain the safety of our families, is managed by a
Homeowner's Association Board (HOA). The future of LakePointe Subdivision is one that we
can look forward to and view with anticipated pride.
Our subdivision is governed by covenants and restrictions. LakePointe is also managed by a five member board of directors
per our Articles of Incorporation. Board members are elected to manage the day-to-day business of the board and
ensure the Restrictive Covenants are followed. Annual open HOA meetings are held to provide a report to HOA members.
